ISOTERIX was hired by a leading legal firm from the UK to support a court case against a client which was charged in a governmental bribe scandal.  The client is a High net-worth individual. Living in the UK, but holding a foreign citizenship.

ISOTERIX task was to find evidence that the allegation were wrong.

One of the main evidence against the client was an email sent from his private computer.

 

A special team was established to find the needed evidence for the client. Through a deep intelligence activity, we mapped all the clients’ contacts which he met personally in 6 months prior to the incident.

One of meeting was with a lady he met and dated for 3 months.

Using several intelligence methods and tactics we identified the lady in the Czech Republic was a hired actor and we also obtained the signed contract between the casting agency and the ordering client.

 

The ordering client was a business opponent of our represented client and by having visual proofs, voice recording, contractual documentation and Cyber authentication, we managed to prove the court that the email was sent by the lady, while she had access to the computer as she was hired by the business opponent through a documented contract.
