One of the largest tourism agencies in the world was under an online bad reputation attack, having thousands of bad reviews on their services. After a brief evaluation, we noticed that none of those thousands bad reviews were actually clients of the company. We also revealed a Twitter account, with no private data, which slander the company on a regular base and motivate other people to write bad comments about the company.
In the same period, the company lost 5% of its market value, due to decrease of sales and rumors on bad conduct that were all over the net. The situation effected the sales, the employee retention and as well, the relationship between the shareholders and board of executive.
ISOTERIX’s Cyber division, through different technologies and human intelligence, managed to expose the slandering person behind the Twitter account, as one of the company employees, which was motivated by a competitor to create damage in the company operation. A complete evidence file was formed against the employee - the company decided to close the matter internally.
As a second stage we operated rigorously to suppress the online negative content and remove it from the net.

We were able to contain and mitigate the situation, change the online sentiment into a positive one and stopping the slandering element completely.
The positive results were reflected in the rising market value of the company, due to the return of investors.
